My life would seem so much for exciting if I could tell you more about what happens at my job. I meet so many different people and see so many different things, it can be interesting. I will say this, we are constantly being tested. For 2 days in a row, I was tested, and I am proud to say both times I passed. Not an easy feat for a newbie.

But is this my ideal job? Of course not. It helps pay the bills, but it's only part-time, so I am barely making ends meet. So what jobs would I drop everything to do?

1. Broadway
2. Soprano in a military choir
3. Professor at a college or university
4. ANY full-time position at a theatre
5. Booking Coordinator for a promotional marketing company

It was just announced that a military chorus is looking for a soprano in November. Last time an opening for a soprano happened was in 2006 I believe. It doesn't happen often. The openings are always for instrumentalists, alto vocalists, or pop vocalists. I am super excited to submit once again. This particular group called me in for a mezzo position in 2004, but I am not a mezzo. In 2006 when I submitted for a different military group, I went into a recording studio and had tracks professionally done. After spending a boat-load of money, I didn't even get a call back. I think this time I might attempt to record on my own to save money. I just don't have the money this time. Wish me luck. #2 on my top 4 is not a bad thought. Pray hard.
