For the record, my homemade peanut butter vodka was delicious. I infused the vodka a week ago and made a martini from this recipe. I made a small batch, but I think it was definitely good enough to make again.
Wore my new retainer to work today just to see if anyone noticed it. Not a sole - except for the one person I accidentally spit on and had to explain the fact that I just got this retainer. It hurts to wear considering it is made to keep my teeth in place. My two front teeth especially want to part and create a space when I am not wearing it, but the good news is, when I am wearing it, the space is hardly there, and you really cannot notice the retainer, so when I go to auditions the space will be closed and the retainer should go unnoticed! That saves me thousands of dollars on the cosmetic procedure I wanted to get done. This doesn't mean I won't have it done, but for now, while I don't have the money, the retainer seems to do the trick! yay for my dentist!
Got home and attempted to stay up by watching the DVR. This proved unsuccessful as within the next hour I was napping.
Currently watching the LSU game while my husband prepares dinner. Then it will be to bed I go as the husband goes out and hangs with his friends. He is LOVING the fact that I work early mornings on the weekends so he can hang with his bachelor buddies every weekend. Sometimes I have to remind him he's married ;)
