Happy Birthday to my wonderful husband!
I didn't have to work this morning! I attempted to sleep in and take advantage of the extra hour, but my body wouldn't have it - nor would my cats who were climbing all over me asking to be fed. Made breakfast for my husband per his request - a loaded omelette and bloody mary - but then he only nibbled on it. He said he ate late last night and wasn't that hungry, but promised to finish it for lunch - which he did. I had rehearsal, and when I got home we headed out to Chelo's to for a birthday dinner with the in-laws. The meal was good, but the service - not so much. Took dessert to go. Will probably eat that later tonight. I love fall food. Had butternut squash tonight and took home pumpkin bread pudding. YUM-O.
