Happy Birthday to .... ME!
Back to my early morning shift today. I couldn't believe I had to scrape my car of snow this morning. Not to mention the wind was insane. Never thought I would live to see snow on my birthday. And to think, my anniversary is Sunday - it's supposed to be 70 degrees!
Halfway through my shift, I had to test post-training. I am happy to say I passed and am trained on yet another piece of equipment at work. Tomorrow, I have the day off. YAY! I wish my schedule were like this every week. It's been pretty stress free. My favorite comment of the day "Happy 19th Birthday. Go and celebrate like crazy - though you can't drink yet!"
When I got home from work, I took a nice long nap, then did a little Kinect workout. As soon as my husband came home, we used a gift certificate to the Remington House for an excellent dinner. I was birthday serenaded a few times by family members via phone and now, I might be calling it a night.
