Woke up super early but stayed in bed til around 8am.  Got up and made Turkey Guacamole Salad, which was a Thanksgiving leftovers recipe I found in the paper.  Had some for lunch and it is absolutely delicious - and only 150 calories (give or take).

Roughly, here is the recipe:  Marinate turkey for 20 minutes with lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, cumin, canola oil, salt, pepper.  Mix turkey with guacamole, onion, red pepper, yellow pepper, cilantro.  Serve on a lettuce wrap or whole wheat wrap.

Watched the DVR, wrote my annual Christmas letter, and taught 2 voice lessons.

Tomorrow, I begin a 6-week diet/exercise program with Team Beach Body.  I have numerous friends who have done this program with much success, so I am hoping it might not only help me lose those extra pounds I am having trouble dropping, but also improve my energy.  It will be an interesting journey.
