Highlights:
- Lunch at Sheetz
- Stopping in Fairfax. Gave my husband the grand tour: FCE - where I grew up, my high school, George Mason, and a visit with my dad
- Didn't stop at any vineyards, but did buy some VA wine and beer to bring home
- Bad weather makes for long drives, and also flight delays: including ours
- Found a hidden checkpoint area on the lower level of BWI. No line. No wait.
- What to do when your flight is delayed? Drink!
- Approximate arrival time: 10:40pm. Definite work time tomorrow morning: 4:30am.
