Worked my morning shift, came home and napped for a couple hours, then used my new Kinect game "Your Shape Fitness Evolved" for the first time. Started with a 20-minute workout, which doesn't seem like much, but I was sweating by the end, and burned 100 calories. If I can continue to use this "game", then I will extend my workout for sure. Just trying to save money by not having a gym membership and the weather is kind of crappy out, so I didn't go for a run.
Memorized some more lines - almost all of Act 1 is complete, but I haven't really gone back to review, so that should be interesting when I go back. I have a feeling I am not going to remember a lot of it, but maybe I will surprise myself. I don't want to let my friends down.
I watched a little TV, including the 'Dr. Oz' show which was an episode all about fatigue and energy. I think I might actually have iron deficiency. I show a lot of signs of it and explains why I am so tired all the time (that, and keep myself busy ... ) Looks like I might be changing my diet around once again to see if I can find more energy. On 'The Chew', I also learned that a potato & apple sauce puree in a cloth placed underneath my eyes might help the dark circles I have there. Might give it a shot!
I have one lesson to teach tonight, dinner with the husband, and then to bed I will go. I really don't like working weekends.
