I'm in NYC til Saturday morning! Oh how I miss living here.
Worked the last day of my old shift, then jumped on a bus from Providence to New York City. As soon as I arrived, I stopped at The Drama Book Shop for a little browsing. Stopped by the Equity office to see if there were any free tickets available and for a bathroom break. Met up with my buddy Matt and we took the subway to his place in Astoria. Decided to chill in Astoria and had dinner at a Sushi joint down the street. I love Astoria. This place is Manhattan on a budget. Everything seems to be just as good, but half price! Our sushi ticket was only $40! That included a number of sushi pieces, drinks, and dessert. Fantastic!
Stayed up past 10pm. Amazing. Caught up with Matt and the room mates. What a great evening!
