Spending the day inside. All I can hear is rain and lots of wind. The airport shut down until 8am tomorrow morning. Again, should make work interesting on Wednesday. Lots of disgruntled passengers. Even my sister is stuck in Louisiana and can't fly out 'til Wednesday. Thankfully she has family she can stay with. The entire East coast is shut down due to hurricane Sandy. There are even blizzard warnings in VA/WV/OH. Insane. So, I assume no rehearsal once again tonight. From the photos, the wharfs down in Newport are already flooded and this isn't even the heart of the storm. I wonder if we will even be able to open the show by Friday night?
Expecting to lose power sometime between now and tomorrow morning, so I will continue my blog posts so long as I have battery life on my phone. During hurricane Irene we were out of power for about a week. This storm is supposed to be worse, so who knows what might happen.
