Worked as usual this morning. Came home and slept for an hour. Finished memorizing Act 2, then headed to the dentist.
10 years ago I had braces for the second time in my life. 10 years later, the bonding that was placed behind my 2-front teeth when my braces came off, broke, re-creating the space I tried to fix. After visiting 2 dentists and an orthodontist, I finally found someone willing to remove the bonding from my teeth - which happened today. Cost me a pretty penny, but it needed to be done. I can finally floss like normal again!!!!!! Next up, a bleaching. And finally, crowns to fix the gap. Happy Birthday to me, because this doesn't come cheap, but is a necessity for the furthering of my career. Why? Because of my not-so-perfect smile, I am missing out on bookings - mostly commercials and print work - and it makes me sad.
Got home, taught a lesson, and am spending the rest of the evening catching up on DVR and the weather. Are you ready for Frankenstrorm?!?!?! I think they are making a bigger deal out of it then it will be once it makes it up North. Right now, it barely looks to touch Rhode Island, so sure we will have rain and some wind, but nothing huge. We shall see ...
