I went to the dentist today for the first time in 8 years. I finally have dental insurance again! They found some gingivitis in a couple places and a very small cavity - which really isn't too bad considering how long it has been. I will return tomorrow for a cleaning and if there is time, the cavity will be filled. Then again, I am scheduled to audition in Boston tomorrow mid-afternoon, so a filling might not be a good idea. Anyway, total cost after insurance: $419. Luckily they set me up with a monthly payment plan. Yay, another medical bill to keep track of. At least this one is small and will be paid off in no time.
