Wow. My sinuses are driving me crazy. I spent most of the day in bed because of the killer headache and all the congestion I am experiencing. I did my usual sinus rinse and even had a hot toddy, but this is all temporary relief. I really hate that I am allergic to everything at the school I teach at. Comes with being an old building, but how am I supposed to stay healthy?
