My husband says we will be getting home late tonight, so I am going to make this an early entry. Tonight is Super Bowl XLVI: Patriots vs. Giants. Last time the Patriots were in the Super Bowl, they played the Giants. That was in 2008 - exactly one week after I moved to New England. We won't talk about how that game ended.
I have lived in New England for 4 years now, so I am a Patriots fan for the day. My husband even bought me a Patriots sweatshirt to wear to the Super Bowl party tonight. We have Pizza Strips (it's a Rhode Island thing), Beer, and I made a pitcher of Bahamian Rum Punch. It's going to be a good night. GO PATS!!!!
Thank you for not mentioning the Super Bowl of which we do not speak, haha. Have a blast watching, I know I will!
