As a teacher, you can't just get up to go to the bathroom. Today, during my 1 hour class I was about to burst! When I started acting strange and doing the "potty dance" around the last 20 minutes of class I had to share with the class why. Once the end of class came, the teacher was late in picking the kids up. The kids urged me to just go, but of course, I couldn't. I finally asked the janitor to wait with the kids so I could make a mad dash for the bathroom. It was quite a sight for sure!
What's up with not showing up to music the last week of school? 4 of my classes just didn't show. They didn't tell me either. How annoying. And did I mention today a kid twisted his ankle in my classroom?
Tonight is the Phish show in Worcester. Totally out of my element, but should be fun.
