Another slow day at work.  Apparently, if you want to travel, this is the time to do it!

Got home, did my 55 minute workout, then to my surprise I fell asleep for a couple hours.  Wasn't planning on it, but I guess I was tired.  Woke up in time to prepare and teach a voice lesson.  Afterwards, I did my 15 minute stretching and 15 minute abs exercise, then prepared dinner for my husband.  Yes, I made dinner.  I decided since he was working late, this time, I would have dinner ready for him when he got home.  Allrecipes.com is my best friend.  I put in ingredients from my fridge and found a great fettucini recipe with ham, mushrooms, onions, and a light cream sauce.  I also added fresh spinach.  It was yummy!
