Today at work everyone was "messing" with me - poking fun at my every move.  While this doesn't bother me, sometimes I wish I was a little wittier, so I could come up with a response instead of "whining" :P

I determined Sunday to be my day off from the 6-day workout program, but when I got home I felt weird not doing anything, so I went ahead and did the 15-minute flexibility routine and thought I would take a look at some of the optional routines included in the DVD.  I chose "Tighter Thighs Guaranteed" which consisted of 11 exercises, focusing on the thighs, 45 seconds each.  OUCH!  In 10-minutes I managed to make my thighs BURN!  So much for a day off!

Since my husband wanted to watch the game, I decided to go to the bedroom, which eventually led to a nap, so now I am wide awake.  I hope I don't wake up at 3am tomorrow - my day off!
