An uneventful morning at work, though busy. I did get to wish farewell at the gate to my brother-in-law and his wife as they fly back to California today. One of the only perks of the job.
Got home and took a nice nap and woke up to lunch from my husband. Headed to the in-laws to visit with my niece. She's 4. She's super cute. And was super excited to see the snow when she woke up from her nap. We ended the early evening at their house for a few photos in the snow. It began to come down around 3pm and has already collected a good couple of inches. It's a nice packing snow, so I would consider this the first "storm" of the season. They are calling for 6 inches. My husband has already shoveling the driveway and has even agreed to drive me to work in the morning. In addition, he is cooking up a pork loin for dinner tonight. What a guy!
