I can't win. With the door closed, the cat sits outside it scratching and whining "let me in! let me in!", so once again, no sleeping in for me.
Since we were up, we headed out this morning for grocery shopping. In order to save the most money, we go with a list, coupons, & visit 3 different stores. It is a longer process, but worth the savings. Our next stop - Kohl's where I found a pair of nude heels for Ann's wedding this summer. $9! SCORE! My husband also bought a pair of neon yellow sneakers, which were not as cheap - so he better wear them. I swear, this man has more shoes than me in the closet!
On the way home, we first stopped at Gram's to pick up laundry. She LOVES doing our laundry, so we let her once a week. It also allowed us to visit for a bit and check out the new cement steps that were made down to the water where she lives. Plus, the weather couldn't have been better to be by the water. Then we stopped at the liquor store - because apparently you can't watch the Caps vs. Bruins game without beer. I also picked up a bottle of Red Velvet Cupcake Wine that everyone has been speaking so highly of. For $8, it's not bad at all. I will definitely try some of their other varieties.
I have 1 lesson to teach tonight, but otherwise pretty relaxing day.
