I am most definitely sick again, and soon it will be bronchitis.  I can already feel it.  This is getting absolutely ridiculous, and my ENT says I am fine.  I get plenty of sleep, exercise, and eat reasonably well, so what am I doing wrong?  I already know I have a weak immune system, but this year it's REALLY bad and something has to be done.

I am thinking of taking up juicing.  Apparently it will help build my immune system.  Rather than spend hundreds of dollars on a juicer, I am looking for something inexpensive to give it a try and see if I will be able to handle it.  I honestly don't know if I will like the taste of juiced fruits and veggies.

I am also trying to cut a lot of yeast-related products out of my diet and eat as many fruits, veggies, and meat as I can instead.  This means, no bread, wine, beer, vinegar, and dairy (minus yogurt).  Tonight for dinner - salad: no croutons, no bacon bits, carrots, onions, cucumber, tomato, dressed with olive oil, lime juice, and cracked pepper.  Not bad, but it was definitely missing something.  Tomorrow for breakfast: Greek Yogurt.  As for lunch - not sure our cupboard or fridge is equipped for a low-yeast take-to-work meal right now, so we shall see what I figure out.  Not planning to go grocery shopping til after our trip to Louisiana for Mom's wedding, so I will have to wait to take this more seriously when we return home.

Also not sure how long I might be able to keep up with a diet such as this one, considering my schedule and my husband's eating habits, but I can at least take it into consideration.

I just want to be healthy and right now, whatever I am doing is NOT working.
