Chaos today. There were so many teachers out and not enough subs to cover, that classes were "split". This means they split the classes up into other classrooms, so it makes my classes larger - 31 kids at one time is a lot to handle! It also means the kids are showing off for the other kids and all hell breaks loose.
I am also overwhelmed with looking for summer work, fall work, and juggling a full-time job, plus 12 voice students. Also, I have a ton of auditions coming up in Boston the next couple weeks. I must be bonkers.
I have 2 part-time positions in the works - both of which want me to start in the next few weeks, but I just don't have the time. Too much on my plate, however I don't want to miss these opportunities.
