Back to school after a long day on set. Soooooo tired today. My eyes wouldn't even take my contacts, so it was a glasses kind of day. If only I could have made it a movie day!
The Kindergartners were commenting today how much they are going to miss me over the summer break. Another sad moment. As for the older kids, I finally got their attention by mentioning my time on set yesterday. Now they all want to look up their "famous teacher" on the IMDB. Ha! Still trying to rearrange my school schedule so I can be at the 5th Grade graduations for both my schools. The kids just expect to see me there. Trouble is, at school 1 they are scheduled to graduate on a Tuesday - when I am teaching at school 2. At school 2, they are scheduled to graduate on a Thursday - when I am teaching at school 1. And at both schools, the kids are expected to sing, so of course, I have been working with them on that. I hope administration allows me to flip-flop those days for the benefit of the kids!
