The one thing about being a voice teacher is that it isn't steady work. As I sit here typing this, I should be teaching. Not sure where the student is.
Students cancel. They forget. They show up late. Perhaps I need to come up with a policy for this? or would that mean less students for me?
Callbacks for 'Titanic' will not be happening on Tuesday any longer, so no more conflict. YAY! However, I did notice that the play the director is also interested in calling me in for conflicts with one of my best friends wedding. Wedding trumps show in this case for sure. The only thing I can hope is that perhaps he will like me so much that he will want to cast an understudy for the last weekend of the show so I can still do it. I can dream, right?
