"Don't make Mrs. Horridge yell.  It will mess up her beautiful singing voice!" That 1st Grader just made my day.  Made a bunch of my 3rd Graders cry today after singing "God Bless the USA" with them.  I was shocked how emotional they got.  They were moved.

Got home to be greeted by student for a lesson.  Then it was cleaning up a little spilt wax from a candle on the carpet.  Darn clumsy cat knocked it over!  The iron and paper bag trick definitely works!  Thankfully, the candle was not colored, so no stain on the rug.

My later lesson got cancelled, so now it's time to relax.  Thank God for the weekend.
