Today we headed home. Boo!
Visited the State Capital this morning and was finally able to take my husband up top to see the view of the city. It is the tallest state capital in the country, so it is just something you have to do at least once.
The flight home was much better heading home with very little delay, but we were charged $500 upon returning the rental car due to a flat tire. We paid for insurance coverage, so now we will have to play the waiting game and battle it out to get our money back.
Got home around 11:30pm and now it's back to work in the morning. It will be a rough day for sure.
