Over 2 years ago I applied for a full-time job. Soon after I was called in for the first assessment, which I passed. But, alas, I heard nothing. Over a year and a half ago, I applied for the same position in its part-time version. Last week, I got a call to come in for the 2nd assessment. It went really well. So well in fact, everyone kept congratulating me on making it through to the next step. Guess it's a pretty big deal. A welcome confidence booster! I was reminded however, to remain patient through the process because I still have a long way to go and the earliest an offer would go out would be March.
