A lazy day. Kind of. Checked out the local discount furniture store mid-morning to find there were no affordable full-size bed frames, so we moved onto lunch at Smokey Bones - which we do every couple of months as a treat (and the fact they always send us a coupon we cannot resist). We always sit at the bar and order the Buff-a-que wings. Yum! They recently redid their bar, so the selection has become a lot larger with even more drink specials available - including every flavor of 3 Olives Vodka for only $2.95. What a deal! I tried the Mango and also Birthday Cake flavors, each mixed with Sprite. Fantastic. Went quite nicely with my Pulled Pork Sandwich and their amazing New Brunswick Stew. As soon as we got home, we took a good 3 hour nap with the kitty snuggled up between us. Now working on lesson plans, but cannot seem to keep focused, so I got through Wednesday and will have to finish the rest of the week later. My husband just brought home some Birthday Cake Vodka ...
